Is getting a rebate on a home purchase legal?
Yes, absolutely. if it weren't, we would not be offering it to our clients.
How do I actually get my rebate?
After escrow closes, you will receive your rebate in the form of a cashier's check. This can be mailed to you or delivered in person by one of our representatives.
How does the recent National Association of Realtors (NAR) ruling impact using this service/offer?
The NAR ruling does not impact prospective homebuyers from working with us, nor does it prohibit anyone from receiving a cash back rebate.
Will I have to pay any fees to Reebate when I buy a home?
We never charge homebuyers a fee for our services. We are offering to give you money, not take any of it away.
Are you backed by real people or is this an AI service?
Yes, there are actual humans that work with you once you sign up. The AI avatars are strictly for our marketing purposes.
Are there any restrictions on the amount of rebate I can get?
No, however the amount is capped at 1% of the home's purchase price.
Why use Reebate instead of a regular real estate agent?
Because we give you 1% cash back. Not many (if any) traditional real estate agents can beat that.
Do you charge a fee for showing a home to buyers?
We do not. There is never a scenario where you will have to pay any fees to us.
Is there a limit to how many homes I can be shown?
Absolutely not! We will happily show you as many homes as it takes until you find the right one for you.
Where can I buy a house with Reebate?
Currently, only home buyers in the state of CA can use our services. We will be expanding to AZ, NV, TX, and WA in the near future, with more states to follow.
Do you work with first time buyers?
YES. WE. DO! But not only first time buyers, we also work with second time buyers, third time buyers, investor buyers, vacation home buyers. Basically all buyers!

Can I receive a rebate if I’m using a VA loan or other special financing?
You will get a rebate the same as everyone else.
Is there a min/max home price to qualify for the homebuyer rebate?
The price of the property you choose does not impact your qualifications for a rebate.
